At Watch Gang, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited edition releases and subscription tier items may be subject to specific exchange-only conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Watch Gang account dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horology experts inspect and approve the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
